Return and Refund Policies

Returns of books, tools and charts:

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, securely protect for shipping, and with your original receipt or proof of purchase included. A store credit will be given, unless the item is shown to be defective, which will qualify it for a refund. See Refunds and Shipping below.

Returns of software, CDs and DVDs:

Unopened, undamaged computer software, CDs and DVDs that are returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, sent in original packing with seal or plastic wrap intact, will be given full store credit. Requests for refunds can be made and, if approved, will incur a 10% restocking fee. Opened software will be considered for return within 14 days if you have encountered issues in loading the software, have reported the issues to NMT Center, and NMT Center has been unable to resolve the problems. If you have encountered issues in playing CDs or DVDs, they will be accepted for exchange only, unless otherwise approved by the director of NMT Center.

Returns of PDF files:

No refunds or returns are allowed for PDF files. Once purchased and distributed to you, the file cannot be returned. Each is sold as a single-user license and cannot be distributed to another individual without written agreement from the Author.


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card (or original method of payment) used for purchase. The credit will be applied within ten days, unless your card issuer's policies suggest otherwise.

Shipping costs of returned item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is found to be defective. If it is not defective, the original shipping costs to you are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise agreed by the director of NMT Center.
